Steven Psaradellis

Director and CEO

Steven Psaradellis began his career in Mainframe Systems, moving on to Data Network Systems Manager and Network Engineer.

He formed Kiss IT in 1998, providing solutions in Point of Sale, Customer Relationship Management, Accounting and Document Management systems, on top of best practice IT systems.

Holding most of the IT industry's major certifications, including having being certified as a Microsoft and Novell Trainer, Steven has been a member of the CEO institute for over 4 years.

He is also the Managing Director of other businesses, including Buybetter Pty Ltd, which provides fundraising for schools and local clubs, while helping local businesses and the community.

In his spare time, he loves a round of golf and prides himself with his knowledge of the golf swing - in fact he has studied the golf swing under some of the world’s best coaches!  He also enjoys reading and attending personal development programs.

Christian Mudd

Director and National Technology Manager

It all started with a great passion for technology. After graduating from Melbourne University with a science degree and a background in engineering and earth sciences, he successfully fulfilled a number of roles including sales, presales technical as well as engineering for a range of organizations - including Kodak, RACV, and Optus.

In 1998 Christian joined Total Communications and became a partner in 2000, growing Total IT to a successful systems integrator with a very loyal client base.

He is currently Treasurer of SBITPA (Small Business IT Professionals Association) and was previously its Vice President. This group was started in Melbourne to create a forum for business improvement and peer discussion between ethical professional IT service providers.

Christian loves basketball, snowboarding, reading, movies and will watch almost any form of sport on TV.  He also loves to travel and says his most favourite place is Lake Te Anau in New Zealand's South Island.  Christian considers himself a gentle giant (he is 6”4) and is married with 2 kids.

Craig Stones

National Citrix Manager.

From a radio trades apprentice at Honeywell, Craig Stones has come a long way.

He moved into technical support at RMIT University and in 2004 he helped create Kaz Group's Citrix practice, which grew to a national team of 40. He was most recently with S Central as their National Practice Manager, Citrix.

Having now joined TEBA, Craig is passionate about how Citrix as a solution can help businesses succeed in making their processes easier and gain more revenue.

Craig is a Citrix Certified Instructor and Microsoft Certified Trainer and specializes in many other fields, supported by his extensive technical accreditations. He is proficient in a wide range of operating systems, networks, technologies and software products and has a wealth of practical experience in presales and sales, design, implementation and support discipline.

Craig says his family is the most important thing and has 3 children. He keeps busy as a GKR karate instructor and teaches a children’s class on a weekly basis. He recently competed in the Vic State Championships.  He would love to take his family to the Greek Isles in the near future.
